Thank you so much! As far as dancing with more energy, it could be a lot of things. If you feel tired or that you’re running out of stamina, maybe you should take up jogging or swimming to help with your endurance. Also what you eat can affect you, so make sure you’re getting enough food that is healthy. And if that’s not your problem, then maybe it’s a mental thing? Sometimes I have to motivate/pump myself up before dancing choreo or combinations. Really feel the music. Hope this helps :)
